Hello! Am I stranded there for a long time?

I would bring brown rice, eggs and peanut butter as these foods don’t go off quickly!

I would make a fire from sticks and dried leaves (like they do in the movies!) and cook the eggs and rice using this.. I would eat the peanut butter as a treat and it contains energy and nutrients as does the eggs and rice so they would help keep me alive!

well you need only one and water!
bananas! People can live on water and bananas!

people can also live on water and Guinness! but not for your age!

going back to your question, bananas, raisins and fish (try your fishing skills at this island! ) 🙂

Plenty of nuts (they have a lot of nutrients and they last a lot of time), beef jerky or any other dried meat, and legumes. All of them last long times and having water I would only worry about finding veggies or fruits and building my home.

Hmm I think this would depend on how long I am going to be there.. forever? I think I would bring brown rice, avocados and chocolate.. Brown rice will keep for a long time and is high in fibre. If I am going to be there forever then I would want to bring something I can plant.. like an avocado. These are a good source of fat and delicious! I would also bring some chocolate to keep me happy haha. Then I would learn how to fish on the island.. is that cheating?

Mmmm . Potatoes (I can eat them and plant them so I will keep having them 🙂 ) , legumes/grains , nuts ….
I guess they are the most sustainable ones since I can plant them again 🙂
