We are trying so many things: healthier food, less contamination for producing food, trying to get the most of a food, recycling food waste, and many many things

There is a lot of food science to be done at the moment.. from trying to make healthier food products, to trying to understand what is in foods and make a food production process more efficient. Less waste is also really important so trying to think of new ways to use waste from food processing is really important. I am trying to understand the impact of food (and exercise) on the microorganisms that live in our guts and the impact that this can have on our bodies.

We try to make food production more sustainable, so we can produce more food to feed the World but also to make food more nutritious!
