      My major is Environmental Engineering / Civil Engineering.

      But I study the water and soil on a dairy farm to see if the nutrients (which is Nitrogen and Phosphorus) are high or low . You know cows are on the farms all the day and they do stuff which will get deep into soil and water. So if we want to produce more milk (food), we should try to minimize the negative effects too!
