Meats are a good source of protein. Also eggs and dairy products such as yogurt or cheese. Some non animal sources of protein are things like nuts (peanut butter is a good one!), seeds and legumes (which are things like peas, beans and chick peas).
Eggs have the best protein. Any meat or fish have also good protein. But not only foods from animals have good proteins, from the veggies side we have any dry nut like walnuts, cashews, peanuts…And also legumes like lentils, beans, chickpeas, lupins, green peas, soya, etc
