Orange juice from concentrate is made from squeezed, pasteurized and filtered oranges. Most of the water is then evaporated off and some essences and oils may be added to make it taste more like an orange. This is then rehydrated during manufacture of orange juice.

‘Not from’ concentrate means that the juice was squeezed from the oranges and placed straight into the bottle! This is healthier than ‘from concentrate’ as this has been processed as Ciara said, however this is okay for us to drink! A glass of orange juice counts as one of your 7-a-day!

Ciara has explained it very well. BUt keep in mind that it is always healthier eat the piece of fruit than the juice. It is not the same eating an orange than drinking its juice. With the orange you get more healthy substances (nutrients like fibre) than in the juice.
