It is a very good question but with difficult answer. It is not the same what people understand by natural or organic than what the phrase and regulations say. To be organic the food has to have some characteristic ways of processing and farming. Natural is just a word food industries use to catch our attention in most of the cases. As in natural yoghurt means there is no added flavour in it, but in other food could mean something different

In my opinion “natural” is kind of used as a buzz word just to sell products and doesn’t really mean anything… lots of things are natural.. water for example is natural. Organic products mean they are produced to organic farming standards and these vary from place to place but generally involve aspects including recycling and keeping diversity in an area.. So this is more to do with farming practices. But just because something has these words on it doesn’t necessarily mean it is better for you.
