Any meat that has not been processed is the healthy as it gets. Processed meat are bacon, ham, streaky rashers, gammon, sausages, chorizo, etc.
Some scientist say that poultry, that is chicken and turkey, are healthier than other meats. But this is still not proved.
One thing it is proved is that cooking the meat in a bbq or grill is less healthy.
So donĀ“t worry about it, eat the meat that you like most.
