• Question: what is the max amount of nutrients we can take in?

      This depends on the type of nutrient as we need some of more nutrients than others.       there are some amounts of some nutrients that if we eat more of that it can be harmful. But really depends on the nutrient. For macronutrients like proteins, carbohydrates and fats is not very problematic if it is only a couple of days that we eat more. For some vitamins and minerals and other substances in the food that can have a maximum limit of we eat more of that it can become toxic
