I don’t think there is one unhealthy food.. everything is okay if eaten in moderation. Most of our diet should be made of fruits, vegetables, proteins (such as meat, dairy products or eggs) and carbohydrates. Having treats now and then is also okay and will not damage our health long term (as long as they are only occasional!) I am not sure what food has the most sugar but some surprising foods contain a lot of sugar such as white bread, ketchup and low fat yogurts.. but again everything in moderation!!
I disagree with Ciara in that I think there are healthy and unhealthy foods. Fast food is unhealthy even in moderation, sweets are unhealthy even in moderation. I wouldn’t know which is the worst and more unhealthy food. Probably a deep fried donuts or mars, or something like that.
Sugar is the food with most sugar :p, and also honey, syrup, etc
