I would buy a giant food pyramid that was made of timber and had shelves.. I would then buy all the foods that go on each shelf and I would have them in their correct portion sizes!

I am a Nutritionist so I want to teach people how to eat healthy because we have a massive obesity problem all over the world at the minute.

I really want to teach this to children as I think it is really important to learn good eating habits as children, we will then educate our children and their children.. and their children!

I would use this food pyramid as an educational tool to show how much we should be eating e.g. 7 portions of fruit and veg and what makes a portion e.g. 16 raspberries=1 portion of fruit… because lots of people don’t know what a portion is!

I would then visit schools etc. and give healthy eating talks using the food pyramid as an example.

I would also buy some resources to include games in my presentation as I think they are a really good way to learn!
