You can try eggs with wholemeal bread and then try different types of eggs for instance boiled, scrambled, fried, … . Or be more creative and add tomatoes to it!
One day go for porridge with fresh fruits and nuts
Another day with milk and honey or low sugar jam and wholemeal bread and natural butter
Another day with cooked lentils and potatoes and wholemeal bread
Breakfast is another “lunch” in the day so it has to be as healthy as any other. O piece of fruit and/or some vegetables should be in it.
