Water is probably better but sports drinks such as lucozade can be okay if taken every now and then if they are needed such as if you are feeling fatigued. But they do contain a lot of sugar so best to avoid most of the time.
As Ciara says the best thing to drink is water. If the exercise has not being really really intense, better not drink lucozade. It has a lot of sugar in it
