Both are good for you-as long as you don’t eat to many and as long as you don’t put too much cheese, sauce etc. on! It is better to eat homemade burgers e.g. bought in a butcher and cooked at home than takeaway burgers as these contain high levels of oil etc.
So if you are having McDonalds etc. it should only be as a treat!
I always tought that most beef was healthier than chicken because most farms put chemicals in the chicken to make it bigger and tastier and make its eggs bigger.Thats what I thought.
