Some scientists say chicken is better than beef or lamb, but this is still not proven. It depends on the part of the animal, how fatty is the meat and how you cook it. Grilled and bbq’ed meat is more unhealthy than broiled meat, for example.
It is not yet known as Gonzalo said it is mostly to do with the way you cook the food more than the meat itself as long as it is a lean cut (not too fatty). It is nice to have a mix of everything throughout the week so you do not get bored also! 🙂
