  There are a few different types of light bulbs. The three more popular from old to new are Incandesent, Fluorescent, and LEDs.
  
  The Incandescent bulbs cost around $1, fluorescent bulbs around $2, and LEDs around $8. But LEDs last much longer and use less energy, so after some time they end using less money, also LEDs are better for the planet since they are more efficient.
