We don’t have a definitive answer for the food since cancer can adapt very fast to all diet but we have proof that high intensity workout excersice can help a lot to prevent it.
For this kind of excercise ask your PE teacher
I can not say what foods specifically can prevent cancer, but generally, a well balanced and diverse diet with enough of good proteins, fats (fish, poultry) and vegetables can help maintain good health and avoid many diseases, not only cancer.
